TESTS & EVALUATION SYSTEM
At the college we have two types of testing and evaluations system.
MONTHLY TESTS
Monthly tests are held regularly throughout the academic year, at the end of each month.
DETENTION AND PRE-BOARD EXAMINATION
The college conducts a detention and a pre- Board examination during the academic year. The result is also conveyed to the parents of students as well. Participation of students in the monthly tests / Detention & pre-Board examination is compulsory. In case of absence from the monthly tests a fine of Rs. 200 per paper is imposed, while in case of absence from the Detention pre-Board examination, a fine Rs. 500 per paper is imposed on a students. Through home examination the college tries its best to train the students and prepare them not only for the final board examination, but also train them for the entry test conducted in the professional college.
DISCIPLINE
- All the students will come to the institute in proper uniform.
- No students will leave the institute without permission.
- Half day leave shall not be allowed, unless the parents contact the principal in person.
- Punctuality shall be strictly maintained: late comers in the morning will not be allowed to enter class without permission from the principal and shall be fined Rs. 100/- per days.
- Students shall not be allowed to see visitors during study hours unless valid reasons is intimated to the office by the parents
- students having appointment with Doctor . Dentists should arrange for visits from their homes .
- Ornaments and makeup shall no be allowed at the institute.
- Musical instruments, transistors, tape recorders and mobile phones laptops etc should not be brought to the institute.
- Fine will be imposed on students, responsible for damage or the college property
- Valuable objects should not be brought to the institute.
- A proctorial board comprising of staff members as its head, and students proctors from all classes, will be formed to maintain cleanliness, discipline and coordination between the students and staff.
- Students must report problems pertaining to academics/discipline and transport to the inchange staff members whose names will be put on the student’s notice board.
- As laid down in the prospectus, each students will have to clear the entire dues owing to the college before she takes the annual examination
- Any students with a health problems must inform the institute at time of admission, failing the institute will not be responsible for causalities. If the problem is of severe nature she may be asked to leave.
- The students will regularly attend all institute functions, they will be penalized and heavily fined for failing to do so.
NOTE: students are advisid to follow the regulations of the institute. Fine will be imposed for breaking rules and disruption the discipline fo the institute. Parents are requested to follow the progress of their child, and to see that they do not continuously break rules, for which they may be asked to leave or be expelled in extreme cases.
COLLEGE SELECTION OF HEAD GIRLS
As discipline is the bridge between goals and accomplishment, and it always need commitment and dedication. For this purpose, we hold a proper election for the selection of head girl, through which we also polish the activities and interests of students by respecting their opinions and votes.
OATH CEREMONY
The arrangement of proper ceremony for oath taking is carried out for the purpose
of setting their goals and vision and reminding them their duties as responsible and
active members.
SESSION ASSEMBLY
To come together for a new beginning to encourage & promotes the excellence of our generation. To keep them stand with encouragement. The deserving students achieve the prizes and rewards for their hard work and success.
MORNING ASSEMBLY
Morning Assembly is held on regular basis to start the day with the holy name of Allah and a three minutes talk to the students to make them bold and courageous.
PARENTS TEACHER MEETING
A parent-teacher conference is a short meeting and conference between teachers and parents of students to discuss children’s progress at college and find solutions to academic or behavioral problems.
